S.A., is a Nicaraguan corporation with offices
in Managua, Nicaragua. The purpose of the Company is to
design, develop, market and operate for profit
residential homes/villas, rental accommodations, and
associated amenity facilities on the site identified as
Arenas Bay, Nicaragua. This development is located
along the “Riviera del Pacifico” and is
already progressing on a path to becoming a successful
residential product. The company was incorporated in
2006 and is in the process of marketing, sales and
construction of 24 villas, and in the design phase for
a world class restaurant and spa.
